I'm not ashamed to be me.

Apologies to all of you offended by nudity, but this is about body confidence and not being afraid to be you. http://www.mybodyisbeautiful.com/. I'm fed up of culture and society that makes us ashamed to be who we are. It really is time someone said enough is enough because there are some genuinely good people out there who think they are worthless because of what society does. If you are reading this and feel like you are that person. Let me tell you. You are not worthless, you are not ugly, you're a good person and you're not in any way at fault. Society glamorises unhealthy behaviour, and unnatural standards of beauty as well as vulgarising the human body. Enough is enough!

Paper bag culture.

A friend of mine today said the following:

"If only we all had paper bags on our heads, then there would be justice and equality"

This made me think about society and the way we percieve ourselves and others. Do we really go around with a 'Paper bag' mentality? The answer, quite honestly put, is yes. We hide our true selves and cover it over with what society chooses to give us. So my friend's statement should be reversed. What if we actively choose to remove the bag and look at the world and truly see the vulgarity that society and celebrity culture present to us? We'd have a much happier friendly world in my opinion.
